Students will read, discuss and prepare examples for argument prompts.

Agenda:
- Check MCM answers (W.E.B. DuBois, Passage 10b)
- Table group argument prompts
- Outline your prompt, it's due at the end of class

Reminders:
- There are two methods of writing a thesis for argument.  What are they?
- Specific and concrete evidence is your friend
- Only use personal examples if they are perfectly poignant
- Brainstorm using the Big 7:
- Pop Culture, History, Current Events, Literature / Arts, Sports, Science / Technology
